Data Subject to Removal
When you request account deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Contact details (name, phone, email, address)
- Service provider and customer profile information
- Booking and appointment records
- Service listings and business information
- Financial records and transaction history
- In-app communications and messages
- User preferences and settings
How to Request Data Deletion
Method 1: Through the App
- Navigate to Profile or Settings
- Select "Delete Account" option
- Review the deletion warning
- Verify your identity via phone or verification code
- Confirm permanent deletion
Method 2: Via Email
Send your deletion request to: support@ibagsie.com
Include in your email:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your registered name
- Your registered phone number
- Your registered email address
- Reason for deletion (optional)
You will receive confirmation within 3-5 business days.
Processing Timeframe
- In-app deletion: Account deactivation occurs within minutes
- Server deletion: Data removed from active servers within 7-14 business days
- Backup deletion: Data purged from backup systems within 30 days maximum
